The book 'The Quest for Vision 2021' is the compilation of speeches delivered on various occasions abroad by Sheikh Hasina, Prime Minister of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh between 2009 and May, 2011.

She was able to understand the world community that without immediate reversal of the human-induced factors of climate change, our mother earth would be at stake. Especially, countries like Bangladesh, the Maldives and other island states would have to face disastrous impact of the global warming, which, among other things, is causing the rise of the sea-level.
